You may enter once per calendar day at each participating location. You may visit both stores on the same day and submit one entry at each store.
No purchase, pawn loan, payment, sale, account activity, or other transaction is required. Spending money does not improve your odds.
You must be a legal California resident and at least 18 years old when you enter. CashCo employees and other excluded persons are not eligible.
One potential winner will be randomly selected for each featured prize.

Your entry will be assigned to the following weekly drawing, provided another weekly drawing remains. Entries submitted after noon on August 28 are not eligible.
No. Entries reset after every weekly drawing. To participate in a later week, you must submit a new eligible entry during that later weekly entry period.
Yes. All eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period at both locations are combined into one companywide drawing pool.
No. A person who has already been confirmed as a Summer of Fun winner is not eligible to win another prize during the giveaway.
One potential winner is selected at random from the combined pool of eligible entries received for that weekly entry period.
CashCo will attempt to contact and publicly announce the selected potential winner no later than 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the applicable Friday.
A potential winner must respond within 48 hours after the first notification attempt. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
No. You are initially a potential winner. CashCo must verify eligibility, identification, entry information, required documents, and compliance with the Official Rules before you become a confirmed winner.
Only if you are selected as a potential winner and want to receive the prize. Participating in a reasonable prize-presentation photograph and/or video is a condition of prize acceptance.
The entry form provides advance notice of this condition. The selected potential winner must also sign CashCo Pawn’s detailed Prize Acceptance and Publicity Release before receiving the tickets.
Subject to the entry-form acknowledgment, the detailed winner release, the Official Rules, and applicable law, CashCo may use the confirmed winner’s first name and last initial, city, image, voice, statements, photograph, video, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Prize presentation will ordinarily take place at CashCo Pawn — City Heights, 4502 University Avenue, Suite 103, San Diego. CashCo and the winner may agree to another participating location or reasonable delivery method.
Not necessarily. CashCo selects the applicable tickets, game, date, opponent, seat location, ticket level, park ticket type, and other prize details, subject to availability and the Official Rules.
No, unless CashCo expressly states otherwise. Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, merchandise, upgrades, reservation fees, taxes, and other expenses are generally the winner’s responsibility.
No. Prizes have no cash redemption value and may not be returned to CashCo, exchanged for cash, sold, auctioned, bartered, or used for commercial resale.
They may. All tickets remain subject to the issuing park, attraction, team, venue, or ticket provider’s expiration dates, reservation requirements, operating calendar, blackout dates, capacity limits, and other restrictions.
No. A valid ticket and any required theme park reservation must apply to the same date and park, subject to availability and Disney’s rules.
No. The promotion is sponsored solely by Easy Cash Community Pawn Center, Inc., doing business as CashCo Pawn. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the featured parks, teams, venues, ticket providers, or social media platforms.

To enter, an eligible person must visit a participating CashCo Pawn location during regular business hours, obtain an official Summer of Fun Giveaway entry form, accurately complete the form, sign all required entry acknowledgments, and place the form in the designated entry receptacle.

“By signing, I certify that I am at least 18 years old, a California resident, and have read and agree to the Official Rules. The authorization described above is limited to communications reasonably related to administration of the Giveaway and is separate from any optional consent to receive future advertising or promotional communications.
The entry form will also provide advance notice that, if selected as a potential winner, the entrant must complete the prize-acceptance and publicity requirements stated in these Official Rules.
No purchase, payment, pawn loan, pawn renewal, interest payment, merchandise purchase, sale of property, account activity, or other transaction is required.
CashCo Pawn employees may not condition entry on conducting a transaction.
An entrant must personally complete, sign, and submit the entry. Entries may not be submitted by another person, by proxy, by an agent, by mail, or through an automated or mechanical process.
Each eligible person may submit:

Submitting more than one entry at the same location during the same calendar day is prohibited.

An entry submitted after 12:00 noon on a Friday will be placed in the following weekly drawing, provided that another weekly drawing remains and the entry is otherwise eligible.
Entries submitted after 12:00 noon on August 28, 2026, are not eligible for any Summer of Fun Giveaway drawing.
Entries reset after each weekly drawing. Entries do not carry over from one weekly entry period to another.
Eligible entries received at both participating locations during the applicable weekly entry period will be combined into one companywide entry pool.
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from that combined pool.
Each weekly drawing will be conducted after the applicable 12:00 noon deadline.
The selected potential winner will be contacted and publicly announced by no later than 7:00 p.m. on the applicable Friday, subject to verification under these Official Rules.
The Sponsor’s drawing records and determination of the entries included in each weekly drawing will control absent a clear administrative error.
The odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period.
A purchase or other transaction does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.
Because entries reset weekly, the number of entries received and the odds of winning may differ from week to week.
The Sponsor will attempt to notify each selected potential winner using the telephone number or email address provided on the entry form.
The Sponsor may contact a potential winner by:
The time the Sponsor first sends or attempts the notification will be treated as the time of notification.
The Sponsor may announce a selected entrant as a potential winner by 7:00 p.m. on the applicable drawing date using the potential winner’s first name, last initial, city of residence, and featured prize.
Selection and announcement do not make a person a confirmed winner. A person becomes a confirmed winner only after the Sponsor verifies eligibility and the person completes all required prize-acceptance steps.
A potential winner must respond to the Sponsor within 48 hours after the first notification attempt.
If a potential winner:
the potential winner will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that weekly period.
The Sponsor may continue selecting alternates until the prize is awarded or until the Sponsor reasonably determines that further attempts are impractical.
Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to:
Unless the Sponsor provides a different written deadline because of the nature or timing of a prize, the potential winner must complete the verification and acceptance process within five calendar days after notification.
The Sponsor may impose a shorter reasonable deadline when necessary because of a fixed event date, ticket-expiration date, reservation deadline, or other time-sensitive prize condition.
Participation in a reasonable prize-presentation photograph and/or video recording is a condition of being confirmed as a winner and receiving the prize.
The recording will ordinarily take place when the prize is presented at a CashCo Pawn location.
The entry form will require the entrant to acknowledge the following or substantially similar condition:
“I understand that, if selected as a potential winner, I must sign CashCo Pawn’s Prize Acceptance and Publicity Release and participate in a reasonable prize-presentation photograph and/or video as a condition of receiving the prize. CashCo Pawn may use that content for social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes without additional compensation.”
The entry-form acknowledgment provides advance notice of the publicity condition. Before receiving the prize, the selected potential winner must separately execute the Sponsor’s detailed Prize Acceptance and Publicity Release addressing the specific recording, authorized uses, prize acceptance, and related terms.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to participate in a brief, reasonable presentation that may include:
A winner will not be required to make a false statement or provide a false testimonial.
Any statement made by a winner must reflect the winner’s honest experience or opinion.
Refusal to participate in the required reasonable photograph or recording, or refusal to execute the required publicity release, will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, each confirmed winner will grant the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to photograph, film, record, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, and otherwise use the winner’s:
The Sponsor may use this material for advertising, publicity, marketing, social media, websites, email communications, printed materials, in-store displays, internal business records, and other promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed.
The winner will not receive any additional payment, royalty, approval right, or other compensation for such use.
The Sponsor may crop, resize, caption, edit, combine, or adapt the material, provided that the Sponsor does not materially misrepresent the winner’s statements or portray the winner in an unlawful or defamatory manner.
One four-ticket prize package will be awarded for each weekly drawing.

Drawing 2 — San Diego Padres
Four tickets to a San Diego Padres regular-season home game selected
by the Sponsor. Game date, opponent, seat location, and ticket level
will be determined by the Sponsor and are subject to availability.
Estimated ARV: Approximately $200 to $800.
Drawing 3 — San Diego Zoo
Four single-day San Diego Zoo admission tickets selected by the Sponsor.
Estimated ARV: Approximately $272 to $312.
Drawing 4 — Sesame Place San Diego
Four single-day Sesame Place San Diego admission tickets selected
by the Sponsor.
Estimated ARV: Approximately $200 to $392.
Drawing 5 — LEGOLAND California
Four single-day LEGOLAND California admission tickets selected by

Sponsor. The Sponsor will determine whether the tickets provide
admission to one park per day or Park Hopper privileges and the
applicable ticket tier.

Total Estimated Prize Value
The estimated total retail value of all eight prize packages is
approximately $2,144 to $4,096.
The actual retail value of a prize may vary based on ticket type, ticket tier, seat location, date, age category, public pricing, promotional pricing, taxes, and fees at the time the tickets are obtained.
A winner will not receive the difference between the estimated retail value and the actual retail value.
Each prize consists only of the tickets specifically provided by the Sponsor.

All expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes:
The Sponsor does not guarantee that any particular attraction, ride, event, player, performer, character, show, experience, restaurant, or service will be available.
The winner is responsible for reviewing and complying with all ticket terms before attempting to use the prize.
A Disneyland Resort ticket does not by itself guarantee park admission. A valid ticket and any required theme park reservation must be obtained for the same date and park, subject to availability and Disney’s rules.
The Padres prize may be affected by schedule changes, postponement, cancellation, weather, league decisions, or venue policies. Any rescheduling, rain-check, cancellation, or replacement rights will be governed by the ticket issuer’s policies.
A winner is responsible for the conduct and supervision of all guests using the prize and for ensuring that each guest complies with applicable ticket and venue rules.
If a guest is a minor, the winner is responsible for ensuring that the minor is accompanied and supervised as required by the applicable attraction or venue.
The Sponsor may not substitute a prize merely because the Sponsor prefers not to award it.
However, if a listed prize or ticket package becomes unavailable, impractical, unlawful, or impossible to provide for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute:

The Sponsor and winner may mutually agree to present the prize at the Encanto location or through another reasonable delivery method.
The winner may be required to appear in person for identification, execution of documents, and the required prize-presentation photograph or video.
Digital tickets may be delivered electronically after the winner completes all verification and publicity requirements.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, full inbox, spam filter, inaccessible ticket account, incompatible device, or failure to follow ticket-transfer instructions.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Sponsor may require a winner to provide a taxpayer identification number and complete an IRS Form W-9 before releasing a prize.
The Sponsor may issue the winner and governmental authorities any tax-reporting form required by law.
Failure to provide required tax information may result in prize forfeiture.
Providing a telephone number and email address is required for Giveaway administration and winner notification.
Consent to receive future advertising or promotional communications is optional.
The entry form may include one or more separate marketing-consent selections. An entrant’s decision to accept or decline marketing communications:
Entrant information will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, maintain required records, prevent fraud, and fulfill prizes.
The Sponsor may also use entrant information for future marketing only when the entrant separately and affirmatively opts in as described on the entry form.
Marketing recipients may withdraw consent or unsubscribe using the method stated in the applicable communication.
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information.
The Sponsor is not responsible for an inability to contact an entrant because the entrant provided an incorrect, incomplete, illegible, disconnected, blocked, inactive, or inaccessible telephone number or email address.
Entries and Giveaway records may be retained for legitimate administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
The Sponsor will not publicly disclose an entrant’s telephone number or email address as part of a winner announcement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant and winner releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
Each winner and guest voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with travel, crowds, weather, amusement attractions, sporting events, and use of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules releases or limits liability that cannot lawfully be released or limited, including liability for fraud, willful injury, or violation of law.
Prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty from the Sponsor, express or implied, except for any warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed.
The Sponsor is not the manufacturer, operator, owner, or administrator of the featured parks, attractions, teams, venues, or ticketing systems.
Any warranty or remedy relating to a ticket or attraction must be pursued under the applicable third party’s terms and policies.
The Sponsor may disqualify a person who, in the Sponsor’s reasonable determination:
The Sponsor may preserve relevant evidence and refer suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement or other authorities.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, destroyed, misplaced, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected paper entries or for telephone, email, equipment, power, internet, software, ticket-transfer, or communication failures outside its reasonable control.
If fraud, tampering, fire, flood, earthquake, public emergency, government order, epidemic, labor disruption, ticket unavailability, venue closure, technical failure, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the fairness, integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may reasonably modify, suspend, or terminate the affected portion of the Giveaway.
When reasonably possible, the Sponsor will select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected event or take another fair and lawful method of awarding the affected prize.
The Sponsor will not modify or cancel the Giveaway merely to avoid awarding a properly offered prize.
This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Easy Cash Community Pawn Center, Inc., dba CashCo Pawn.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:
All trademarks and trade names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the featured prizes.
By entering, each entrant releases applicable social media platforms from responsibility for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prizes.
Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to CashCo Pawn and not to a featured attraction, sports organization, ticket issuer, or social media platform.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from the Giveaway that is not otherwise subject to a valid agreement between the parties must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Diego County, California.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any nonwaivable right or remedy provided by applicable law.
Before filing an action, the entrant and Sponsor are encouraged to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed if necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision or any other right.
A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of the Sponsor.
