NOTIFICATIONS TO PRIZE WINNERS AND REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM A PRIZE:
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by a phone call on or about each of the raffle dates (see schedule). At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [a] failure to respond to Sponsor’s notification phone call after 3 attempts; [b] Failure to pick up tickets within 7 days after notification.
HOW TO RECEIVE ENTRIES:
No purchase is necessary to participate. Free entry limited to one entry per day. Additional entries will not be issued on purchases of items displayed at the cashier’s booth, including lottery tickets, charging cables, and any other item we deem excludable.
