The appraisal process is actually assessing the value of the object being appraised. It includes, weighing, measuring, gold testing, diamond and gem testing, as well as assessing the workmanship; details and time put into the piece.
There are many types of appraisals examined at Cashco Pawn, primarily:
Appraisals at CashCo Pawn are examined and evaluated by a certified professional by using state of the art gemology equipment to appraise. Be assured all items are always under secure care and are put in our vault at night.
The charge varies depending on the size and detail of the item. For instance, if the item has many different sizes and shape stones it can lengthen the appraisal process.
We are currently offering Full appraisals for $50 and up, with an option to add a credit card size appraisal card for $10. If you want just the appraisal card by itself, it is $35.
We when we do appraisals we give a 24hour to 48 time frame, depending on how many appraisals we have, however, most of the time it’s just a few hours.
